  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineering, and Design to define and deliver impactful product features.
  • Gather, analyze, and prioritize customer and business requirements.
  • Create clear Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Work closely with Engineering throughout the product development lifecycle to ensure timely delivery of high-quality features.
  • Conduct market, customer, competitor, and technology research to identify product opportunities and emerging trends.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, or a similar product-focused role.
  • Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
  • Experience working with APIs, system integrations, databases, and modern web applications.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience writing PRDs, user stories, and functional specifications.

Nice to have

  • Experience working on enterprise software, developer tools, low-code/no-code platforms, workflow automation, or AI-enabled products.
  • Familiarity with LLMs, AI agents, or AI-assisted user experiences is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with SQL, REST APIs, product analytics tools, and collaboration platforms such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, and Postman.
  • Basic understanding of JavaScript or Python is a plus.

About the Role: We are looking for an Associate Product Manager (Technical) with 2–3 years of experience to help build products that simplify complex enterprise workflows.

You will work closely with Engineering, Design, Customer Success, and customers to define product requirements, prioritize features, and deliver intuitive, scalable solutions. This role is ideal for someone with a technical background who enjoys solving user problems, working with emerging AI capabilities, and building products in a fast-paced startup environment. Key Responsibilities : Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineering, and Design to define and deliver impactful product features.

Gather, analyze, and prioritize customer and business requirements. Create clear Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria. Work closely with Engineering throughout the product development lifecycle to ensure timely delivery of high-quality features. Evaluate opportunities to leverage AI capabilities where they create meaningful customer value. Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release planning. Validate product functionality and user experience before releases. Monitor product performance, customer feedback, and usage metrics to drive continuous improvements. Coordinate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing to support successful feature launches.
