Skip to main content Senior Product Manager page is loaded Senior Product Manager Apply locationsBengaluru, India time typeFull time posted onPosted Today job requisition idR-575518 About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Product Manager In this role, you will: - Lead or participate in product management initiatives and deliverables for product lines or services - Contribute to product analysis across applicable markets, conduct market research and market results-oriented analysis - Review and analyze marketing programs for new products or enhancements including identification of market segments, product positioning, product bundling, pricing and profitability - Resolve moderately complex issues and lead team to meet project goals, objectives and deliverables - Ensure programs adhere to compliance, privacy regulations and policies - Collaborate and consult with managers, analysts and project teams to ensure that goals are achieved - Lead projects, teams or serve as a mentor Required Qualifications: - 4+ years of Product Management experience, product development experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education - 4+ years of experience partnering with technology, security, engineering, or infrastructure teams to deliver enterprise solutions. - 4+ Experience managing product backlogs, roadmaps, prioritization, and stakeholder engagement. - 4+ Experience translating business requirements into actionable product features and user stories. - 4+ Experience working within Agile delivery methodologies. Desired Qualifications: - Experience executing and delivering on transformational programs - Experience preparing strategic communications and articulating within presentations - Experience leading strategic priorities and projects end to end - Change management and delivery experience - Experience with Jira/Confluence building Confluence pages, content and/or new boards and reports - Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills - Ability to execute in a fast-paced, high-demand environment while balancing multiple priorities - Outstanding problem solving and analytical skills with ability to turn findings into strategic objectives Job Expectations: - Ability to develop partnerships and collaborate effectively with other business and technology areas - Ability to work effectively and lead in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important - Ability to take initiative and respond pro-actively to issues and escalations - Ability to influence, partner, and negotiate with senior business leaders to gain commitment to accomplish business goals - Ability to work a hybrid schedule, three (3) days in office and two (2) days remote Posting End Date: 7 Oct 2026 \*Job posting may come down early due to volume of applicants.
