The lead cloud engineer will primarily oversee the technical delivery of client projects, facilitate architectural design discussions, mentor team members involved in implementation, manage client expectations, and foster a collaborative, inclusive team environment. **Team Development Responsibilities:**
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members on infrastructure engagement methodologies.
Support skill development and confidence building within a coaching model.
Strengthen relationships internally across cloud infrastructure teams (delivery, solution architecture) and externally.
**Delivery Support Functions:**
Lead technical delivery with strong consultative skills across multiple client projects.
Collaborate with Delivery Excellence to ensure project milestones are met and key client decisions are captured.

Support the team in resolving project blockers, managing change requests, and maintaining technical alignment across practice areas.
Stay informed about emerging cloud technologies and assess their relevance to the company's offerings.
Hold an AZ-305 Cloud Architect certification.
**Business Development & Practice Growth:**
Engage with other practice areas to identify new opportunities within existing infrastructure projects.
Propose new cloud infrastructure and security solutions.
Lead and support infrastructure practice committees to define and promote best practices.
