What they are looking for
- 0.5-2 years of strong experience with Rust or other systems programming language (Java / C++)
- Understanding of how solana blockchain works
- Hands-on experience with high-concurrency network programming, gRPC/Protobuf, WebSockets, and low-latency API design.
- Familiarity with high-ingestion storage engines and caches (e.g., ClickHouse, Redis, Kafka/Redpanda).
- Comfortable working in Linux environments, containerized workflows (Docker), and bare-metal/cloud deployments.
Nice to have
- Direct experience writing or maintaining Solana Geyser plugins or Yellowstone gRPC services.
