What you will do
- Manage the creation of innovative and transformative solutions that address clients’ needs and improve performance.
- Manage day-to-day interactions with executive and sponsors and develop and maintain contact with top decision makers at key clients.
- Manage teams that provide industry insight and analytical support using data mining, pattern matching, data visualization, and predictive modeling tools.
- Manage aspects of the proposal development process and contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies.
- Perform role of counselor and coach, actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities, and provide leadership and support for teams and staff in local offices.
