Frontier labs can train models to reason. They cannot train them to work: navigating a real company's Slack threads, half-finished Notion docs, contradictory Jira tickets, and permission boundaries. That requires real enterprise data, and you cannot synthesize it.

You have to source it. We plug into enterprise tools, anonymize everything into a structurally identical digital twin, and generate reinforcement-learning environments with expert-level tasks calibrated against frontier models. The offer 📍 Location: Paris (city center), on-site with 1 to 2 days WFH 🕐 Start: as soon as you are available 💼 Contract: full-time (CDI) 💰 Compensation: fixed salary + equity (BSPCE) ✅ Your missions As Operations Manager, you run deliveries: taking a partner's full data ecosystem and turning it into a dataset shipped to a frontier AI lab.

You will report to Grégoire (COO & co-founder) and join the Ops team. The chain you work on: evaluation → ingestion → anonymization → enrichment → delivery. Own your deliveries end to end. From the moment a partner signs to the moment the dataset ships. Timelines, quality, coordination with the partner and with our eng team. It is yours. Hold the quality bar. What we ship is checked by frontier labs.

There is no room for approximation, and spotting the detail that is off is a large part of the job. Raise the bar every week. You are expected to come back with a process that is faster and cleaner than the one you were given. Make the manual work disappear. Parts of the chain are still hands-on. You will do some of that work, and then you will build the automation, the tools and the AI workflows that remove it.

🔍 Who we're looking for You have 2+ years of experience in operations, project management, consulting, or a fast-moving startup. At least one full-time experience is mandatory, and you want to take real ownership early in an ambitious company. 🧠 Soft skills Curiosity - you want to understand how things really work, in depth, including the technical parts. Attention to detail - you catch what others miss, and you care that things are right, not just done.

Drive - you want impact, you want to grow fast, and you are ready to put in the work for it. Initiative - you propose, you try, you are not afraid to fail. Tenacity - long or hard tasks do not discourage you; you see them through. 🛠️ Hard skills Automation mindset - you instinctively spot repetitive work and turn it into a reliable pipeline. Building with AI - you use LLMs and AI tools to automate workflows and solve problems end to end, not just to chat.

Coding / scripting - you can write or vibe-code to automate tasks and ship internal tools, or you are hungry to learn fast. AI literacy - genuine interest in where the field is going: agents, RL, training data. About Ooak DataOoak Data (YC S26) builds the data infrastructure that frontier AI labs use to train and evaluate their agent models. They collect enterprise data from real company tools — Google Drive, Slack, Gmail, Notion, Jira, SharePoint, Teams, emails, videos, images — anonymize it, and turn it into RL environments and digital twins for agent training.

Their core product, Alexandria, is designed to be the world's largest library of real-world business workflow datasets. They're also growing into "enrichment" — creating task ecosystems that let labs train models directly on real-world multi-step workflows, not just receive raw data. Signed large purchase orders with frontier AI labs (not SaaS), now in delivery mode.
