What you will do

  • Drive Pan-India retail expansion across key cities and markets
  • Identify and evaluate high-potential mall and high-street locations
  • Build strong relationships with brokers, landlords, property owners, and mall management teams
  • Lead commercial negotiations around rent, CAM, deposits, lock-in, lease terms, and revenue share
  • Take locations from identification to evaluation, negotiation, and closure

What they are looking for

  • 3–5 years of experience in Retail Expansion, Retail Leasing, Store Expansion, or Business Development
  • Hands-on experience in identifying and securing retail locations
  • Strong negotiation and commercial acumen
  • Experience working with landlords, brokers, and mall/property teams
  • Experience with retail, D2C, fashion, lifestyle, or consumer brands
  • Willingness to travel extensively across India
