What you will do

  • Run day-to-day warehouse operations across all 3 warehouses: inbound, GRN, storage, dispatch and inventory control.
  • Own D2C order fulfilment end to end: processing, pick, pack and courier handover within SLA.
  • Plan and execute warehouse-to-store and intra-store movements; enforce delivery and inwarding TATs.
  • Manage returns and reverse logistics: return orders, RTO, QC and restocking.
  • Recruit, train and lead the warehouse and fulfilment team; plan shifts and track productivity.

What they are looking for

  • 6+ years in warehouse, fulfilment or supply chain operations, including 2+ years leading a floor team.
  • Strong grasp of warehousing, inventory management, last-mile and reverse logistics.
  • Hands-on with WMS/ERP tools (SAP, Increff, Unicommerce) and strong Excel / Google Sheets skills (pivots, VLOOKUPs, reconciliations).
  • Notices when numbers do not add up and follows through until they do.
  • Able to lead under pressure across locations and peak sale periods.
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration or related field.

Nice to have

  • Warehouse, fulfilment or supply chain operations experience in fashion, retail, D2C, e-commerce or FMCG preferred.
