The Opportunity

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Anti-Corruption Manager to join the third party anti-corruption team within Salesforce’s Global Ethics & Integrity team. You will collaborate cross-functionally to drive operational efficiency and foster a culture of compliance across our global operations.

You’ll be a key member of the Salesforce Legal team ensuring Salesforce conducts business with third parties in accordance with the highest legal and ethical standards. We’re looking for someone who is willing to take on new challenges and will identify opportunities for enhancement with a focus on AI-driven solutions as we build out existing programs and related processes.

###

What You'll Actually Be Doing

With oversight from the Director, Third Party Anti-Corruption, Global Ethics & Integrity:

Perform anti-corruption due diligence on prospective third-party partners, recommend appropriate risk controls, remediate reports of adverse partner information

•

Analyze partner transactions to identify corruption risks and recommend mitigation actions

•

Assist with audits of high-risk third parties

•

Assist management in identifying and mitigating compliance risks, enhancing and implementing compliance monitoring efforts and fostering a compliance culture

•

Manage projects to scale anti-corruption compliance processes, driving operational efficiency and delivering high-quality work efficiently

•

Leverage AI platforms, data tools, and systems to ensure a risk-based, streamlined approach to compliance operations

•

Identify, develop, test, and implement enhancements to anti-corruption policies and procedures, due diligence frameworks, and systems

•

Work cross-functionally and build relationships with sales, alliances, business technology, and operations teams to advance compliance objectives

•

Communicate insights from data, analyses, and findings clearly and concisely – visually, orally and in writing

You're Our Person If...

•

3–5 years of experience in ethics and compliance, with exposure to third-party anti-corruption or partner due diligence

•

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

•

Familiarity with the FCPA, UK Bribery Act, and other anti-corruption laws

•

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with close attention to detail

•

Proven ability to manage competing priorities independently in a fast-paced environment

•

Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills; able to present data and findings clearly to varied audiences

•

Collaborative, proactive, and adaptable — comfortable working with geographically dispersed, cross-functional teams

Even Better If...

•

Experience with compliance tool development or AI platforms

•

Proficiency with Salesforce, Tableau, Slack, or similar tools
