Meet the Product team
The product team is at the heart of Grab, working at the intersection of business, design, and engineering. Our secret power drives collaboration between teams and harnesses their expertise to develop the latest innovations that exceed our users’ expectations.
I started as an intern in 2014, and now I'm a Senior Product Management Leader. It's been a journey of growth and fulfilment at every turn. The best part of my internship? Landing a full-time job at Grab, but more importantly, being part of a team united by a shared purpose, learning from incredibly talented colleagues, and making a tangible difference to both consumers and driver-partners.

”
By fostering a workplace culture that prioritises inclusion and diversity, Grab is creating an environment where people from varied backgrounds can feel valued and respected, leading to a free flow of unique perspectives and experiences that can inspire greater innovation and success. This supportive and safe workplace also provides a sense of belonging for employees, which can boost morale and lead to increased productivity and collaboration.
“
”
I’m part of the Product Team for Grab Kiosk and we are quite close. We get to collaborate with a lot of other departments and stakeholders which is great because you’re always meeting new people and making new friends. We’ve built up a really good dynamic within the team where, even though we have different roles, we’re always ready to help each other out.
