Senior Risk Analyst

Apogee Global RMS is seeking a Risk Analyst to support cross‑domain research, client engagements, and enterprise‑risk assessments. This role sits within Apogee’s integrated risk practice and contributes directly to our Nexus of Risk framework — connecting strategic, operational, financial, human‑capital, and technology risk into one coherent picture for clients.

Role Overview:

The Risk Analyst will support research, analysis, and delivery across Apogee’s risk programs, including workforce‑risk assessments, cybersecurity and technology risk reviews, operational risk mapping, and client‑facing intelligence products. You will work closely with senior advisors, contribute to structured analysis, and help translate complex information into clear, decision‑ready insights.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct cross‑domain risk research across strategic, operational, financial, human‑capital, cyber, and regulatory domains

Support development of risk dashboards, assessments, and client deliverables

Analyze industry trends, threat landscapes, and organizational vulnerabilities

Assist in mapping critical roles, succession gaps, and workforce‑continuity risks

Contribute to risk‑intelligence briefs, reports, and executive summaries

Review client data, documentation, and workflows to identify exposure points

Support advisory engagements with structured analysis and clear documentation

Participate in internal reviews, scoping sessions, and client meetings as needed

Maintain disciplined sourcing, traceability, and analytic rigor in all work

Requirements

Qualifications:

Strong analytical and research skills

Ability to synthesize complex information into clear insights

Excellent written communication and documentation discipline

Familiarity with risk concepts (enterprise risk, cyber risk, operational risk, human‑capital risk)

Experience with structured analysis, data review, or intelligence‑style work is a plus
