Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and analytical Business Analyst to join our team. This opportunity is suitable for recent graduates and professionals with 0–3 years of experience who are interested in business analysis, data analysis, reporting, process improvement, and technology-driven business solutions.
The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of business requirements, data analysis, and communication with technical and business teams.

Key Responsibilities
Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
Document business requirements, functional requirements, and process flows.
Analyze business and operational data to identify trends and opportunities.
Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders.
Work with business and technical teams to understand project requirements.
Assist with requirements gathering and user story development.
Identify business process gaps and recommend improvements.
Perform data validation and quality checks.
Create process documentation and business requirement documents.
Support UAT activities and coordinate with testing teams.
Track project requirements, issues, and deliverables.
Participate in Agile/Scrum meetings and project discussions.
Perform ad hoc analysis using Excel, SQL, and reporting tools.
Support continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in:

0–3 years of relevant experience.
