Position Overview
We're hiring a Direct-to-Consumer Senior Data Analyst to be the analytical backbone of our marketing organization. You'll own analytics across the full marketing funnel — acquisition, brand, and retention — and turn complex data into clear recommendations on where to invest, what to test, and what to do next.
You'll lead MMM, MTA, incrementality testing, executive reporting, and predictive modeling, while helping us evolve our analytics infrastructure. You'll inherit a strong foundation across BigQuery, Power BI, SQL, and Python and play a key role in evaluating and transitioning to a more modern, AI-augmented analytics platform.
You'll report to the Chief Retention Officer, who will provide strategic direction while relying on you as the subject-matter expert for analytics, methodology, and data-driven decision-making.
