About the Role
The Role This role exists to bring data discipline and analytical rigor to how ClearOne measures, optimizes, and improves every aspect of the client journey — from first contact through the settlements that change lives. The Senior Data Analyst will support the teams and departments core to client outcomes, acting as both analyst and innovator: someone who uses data not just to measure the past, but to shape the future.
This is not a role scoped for a single department. You'll flex across areas such as Marketing & Sales, Client Services, Finance, Revenue Operations, and Affiliates — wherever the business needs sharper measurement, faster answers, or better decisions. At this level, you don't wait to be asked to set up the analytical agenda, independently design reporting systems, proactively surface issues, and push back constructively when requests are ill-formed.
You will own the measurement layer for one of ClearOne's most operationally complex teams, partnering directly with business leadership, Data Engineering, and the broader Analytics organization.
Responsibilities
Independently designs and builds reporting systems for multi-domain questions — financial performance, borrowing base and client journey.
Deliver recurring high-visibility outputs: daily performance summaries, weekly trend reports, and executive-facing briefings for business leadership.
Turn loosely defined questions into clear analytical frameworks and approves, partnering with stakeholders to define what success looks like and building toward it.
Partner with Data Engineering to identify, escalate, and improve data quality within Snowflake.
Actively adopt and evangelize AI-assisted analytical tools and workflows; share approaches with teammates to raise team-wide productivity.
Collaborate cross-functionally as analytical questions span teams and domains.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or master's degree in a quantitative (Analytics, Information Systems) or business field
Proven ability to turn ambiguous business questions into rigorous analytical frameworks and defensible recommendations
Strong communication skills — able to distill complex findings into clear takeaways for non-technical leaders and push back constructively on ill-formed requests
Experience partnering with data engineering on pipeline, modeling, and data quality issues
Fluency with AI-assisted analytical tools (LLMs, Copilot, etc.) and an appetite for raising team-wide productivity by sharing what works
Required Skills
2-3 years of experience in an analytics or BI role, with demonstrated progression to senior-level ownership of reporting systems and analytical agendas.
Strong SQL skills (Snowflake preferred); fluent in complex aggregations, cohort analysis, time-series comparisons, and data quality debugging.
Proficiency in Tableau; proven ability to build and maintain production dashboards for operational and executive audiences.
Ability to structure ambiguous business questions into rigorous analytical frameworks and communicate findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
Comfort using AI tools (LLMs, Copilot, etc.) to accelerate analytical work and willingness to share best practices across the team.
