About The Role
Vanguard's Workplace Solutions Client Experience Analytics team is seeking talented analysts who are passionate about leveraging data to enhance client experiences and influence strategic decisions. As an analyst in this role, you will support digital product environments by providing actionable insights through data analysis, visualization, and storytelling. Mentor peers and contribute to the continuous skill development of the Data and Analytics Department.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, user experience, and technology, to align analytics initiatives with business goals.
Visualize data effectively to tell compelling stories that influence stakeholders and drive action.
Measure and communicate the impact of new features, initiatives, and experiences using data-driven insights.
