About the role
from listingAbout DUOS
DUOS is an AI-powered member experience platform transforming how health plans engage members and improve outcomes. Our mission is not only to add years to life, but to add life to those years. We partner with leading health plans to close healthcare gaps, optimize Star Ratings, and address social determinants of health needs. Backed by FTV Capital, DUOS delivers measurable results: Net ROI of 4:1, 15% member enrollment rates, and significant improvements in HEDIS measures and Star Ratings performance.
The Role
As our Data Reporting & Insight Analyst, you will own the reporting that proves the value DUOS delivers to health plan clients, along with the eligibility files that power it. You’ll build analytic reports that track progress against client targets, maintain the standard reports our Client Success team relies on, and set the standard for every client eligibility file we receive.
This role is central to our “final mile”: giving Client Success the trusted data and proof of ROI to show that what we sell is delivered and valued. It’s a hands-on seat for a curious, self-directed analyst who enjoys owning work end to end. You’ll report to our Data Analytics team and work closely with Client Success, Engineering, and Operations.
What You’ll Do
Standard reporting and analytics
Own a portfolio of standardized client and internal reports, delivered accurately and on a regular cadence
Build ad hoc analyses that answer questions from clients, Client Success, and leadership
Create analytic reports that show clients whether DUOS is delivering value and hitting their targets
Write and maintain SQL against our data warehouse, validating every result before it goes out
Turn findings into clear tables, charts, and written summaries for audiences ranging from analysts to client executives
Improve and automate recurring reports for greater efficiency and accuracy
Client partnership
Serve as the reporting point of contact for assigned clients, working hand in hand with Client Success
Present reports and findings to clients alongside Client Success, consulting with all levels of management
Respond promptly to client data questions with a clear explanation of what the numbers mean and what’s driving them
Eligibility file ownership
Be the go-to expert for how client eligibility data comes to DUOS and whether it’s right
Build and maintain standard eligibility file templates and data requirements
Guide clients through new file setups and changes
QA every incoming file for completeness, accuracy, and timeliness
Research and resolve discrepancies, tracing each issue to its source and documenting the fix
Map data elements across client files to refine templates and speed up new setups
Partner with Engineering on backend configuration and loading
Trusted data for AI
Help own the curated tables and metric definitions that feed DUOS’s AI tools, so everyone gets the same number for the same question
Document what each table and metric means and keep definitions consistent across reports, dashboards, and AI answers
Investigate conflicting numbers, trace the difference to the data, and fix it at the source
AI-enabled workflows
Use AI tools daily to speed up SQL development, analysis, report building, and file QA, while checking every output before it’s used
Build repeatable processes, templates, and documentation so reporting and file intake never depend on one person
Track your own OKRs and contribute to company OKR adoption

2+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or a related analytical role
Strong SQL skills
Experience owning recurring reports or dashboards end to end, including scheduling, validation, and automation
Experience working with eligibility files or other large client data files, ideally including defining file specifications or data requirements
Day-to-day use of AI tools (such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Copilot) in your analytical work
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve data discrepancies
Clear written and verbal communication, and comfort consulting with all levels of management, internally and with clients
Excellent organizational, time management, and project management skills
A curious, self-directed approach: you bring solutions, not just questions, and you’d rather build the process than inherit it
Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or related field, or equivalent experience
