Role Summary:
We’re looking for a hands-on Data Analyst / BI Analyst with strong SQL, Tableau, data investigation, and business analysis experience.
🔍 Key Responsibilities
Analyze user, customer, organization, and access-management data to identify trends and business opportunities.
Develop advanced SQL queries for analysis, ad hoc reporting, reconciliation, and operational investigations.
Build and support Tableau dashboards and reporting solutions .
Investigate data-quality issues, process failures, and operational incidents , including root cause analysis.
Define KPIs, metrics, business rules, and reporting requirements .
Partner with Product Owners, Developers, Operations, and business stakeholders.
Translate complex data findings into actionable business insights and recommendations .
