Total Dedication & Availability : This role requires extensive international travel. You must be ready to live out of a suitcase. You must be free of personal logistics that prevent spontaneous or long-term travel.
Exceptional Articulation: You will be the face of the company. You must be able to command a room, present complex technology to investors and clients with charisma, and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Executive Presence: You must present yourself with a high level of professionalism, polish, and physical presentation that reflects the cutting-edge nature of our technology.
High Energy & Resilience: You are a "people person" who can handle rejection, pivot quickly, and maintain a positive attitude while working long hours.
Strong Desire to Rise: You are ambitious. You want to grow fast, earn fast, and take on leadership responsibilities within a short timeframe.
Willingness to Hustle: You understand that in a start-up, you do what needs to be done. Sometimes that means making cold calls, sometimes that means carrying drone equipment, and sometimes that means working weekends to close a deal.
What You Will Do
Identify and engage new business opportunities across the world (not focused on Portugal !)
Represent the company at industry trade shows, client meetings, and demo days globally.
Work directly with the founders to refine the sales strategy.
Travel frequently to meet clients face-to-face (this is not a desk job).

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree not strictly required (Business, Marketing, or Engineering background preferred but not required).
Fluency in English (additional languages are naturally a plus).
Valid passport and the ability to travel internationally without restrictions.

Compensation Package:
Base salary (range between 1000-1500Euros) + Health Insurance + Monthly Sales Expenses budget.
Commissions: To be discussed during the interview process.
Performance Bonus: To be discussed during the interview process.
