How the written answers are graded
A model reading an essay and returning “8.7 out of 10” is not a grade - it is a guess with a decimal point. So we split the job in two: the AI only observes, and the code scores.
The evaluator reports which specific behaviours it can evidence in your own words. It has no score field to write into. Points then come from a fixed rubric in code, so the same answer always earns the same mark - and the rubric is reviewable, not a black box.

Most certifications ask what you know. This one also asks what you would do. 20 questions across three parts: multiple choice on how AI systems behave, situational judgment on real workplace pressure, and four written mini work simulations for your chosen track - which are worth half the certification on their own.
An AI evaluator reads each answer and reports only which specific behaviours it can evidence in your words - checking the source data, challenging an unsupported claim, taking responsibility for the output. It never awards a score. The points are then calculated in code from a fixed rubric, so the same answer always produces the same mark.
Three things at once: 75% or higher weighted overall, at least 60% on Part C, and no critical responsible-AI failure. You can clear the overall bar and still fail on either of the other two - that is deliberate.
