Who we're looking to bring on: Product Engineers (Priority) Full‑stack and backend‑leaning builders who can own creator-facing features end‑to‑end—shipping fast, making crisp product decisions, and sweating latency, polish, and reliability. Also hiring across these roles: Senior & Staff Engineers (RecSys, Infra, Distributed Systems, ML): Architects focused on ultra‑low‑latency inference pipelines and scalable systems that power real‑time gen media creation. Head of Sales & GTM Leadership: Commercial leaders who can partner with creative platforms, agencies, and enterprise studios to bring generative tools into production workflows. Creative Technologists, Product & Research Talent: Builders, researchers, and design‑engineers who treat code as a creative medium and care deeply about latency, style, and craft.
