What you will do
- Analyze large datasets to identify business trends, opportunities, and performance gaps.
- Develop and maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and performance trackers.
- Write SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from multiple sources.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver insights.
- Conduct portfolio, customer behavior, collections, and operational performance analysis.
Nice to have
- Prior experience in BFSI, Fintech, Digital Lending, and Collections
- Knowledge of Python, A/B testing, and statistical analysis.
- Exposure to fintech products and AI-driven analytics.
