What they are looking for
- 0-2 years of experience in hands on ML/DL and delivering products with ML/DL capabilities.
- Deep understanding of intricacies of ML Models and the Math behind it.
- Knowledge of any one or more programming languages Python, R, C++, etc.
- Knowledge of ML/DL frameworks like Tensorflow, PyTorch, MXNet, Scikit-Learn and Python frameworks like Pandas, Numpy, Scipy etc.
- Strong fundamental understanding of ML algorithms from classical ML like Linear Regression to modern DL algorithms like Neural Networks and recent advances in the field likeTransformers/NF Nets etc.
- Strong work experience in any of ML/AI subset like Computer Vision, NLP, time-series etc.
- Experience with LLM would be mandatory.
- Independent ideator and executor. No GitHub or Kaggle clones
Nice to have
- Experience in Fintech domain is plus.
- Familiarity with databases – SQL and/or NoSQL is plus
- Experienced with MLOps and deployment via docker, Kubernetes, KubeFlow or any cloud provider is plus.
