What you will do
- Lead the design, implementation, support, and evolution of Enterprise Content Management and Survey Solutions platforms, driving platform enhancements, SaaS integrations, automation initiatives, and roadmap delivery while providing hands-on technical leadership and escalation management
- Partner with key stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technology requirements, solution options, implementation plans, and measurable delivery outcomes.
- Lead production issue resolution, root cause analysis, and continuous service improvement initiatives, partnering with clients and vendors to ensure platform stability, reliability, and operational excellence.
- Provide technical leadership for enterprise SaaS platforms, driving onboarding, governance, and lifecycle management while overseeing API-based integrations, authentication frameworks, and cross-platform connectivity.
- Mentor junior team members, promote knowledge sharing, and foster a culture of technical excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.

- 10+ years of application development experience and skilled with one or more development languages such as .NET/C#, Python, Java, PowerShell, shell scripting,
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Familiar with database platforms such as Microsoft SQL server, Mongo DB or similar technologies.
- Working knowledge of enterprise identity, access management and integration such as SSO, OAuth, OIDC, SAML, roles, entitlements, and provisioning workflows.
- Proficient with GitHub, Git-based version control, and modern DevOps practices, including automation, CI/CD, release management, monitoring, and operational readiness.
- Experience with API integrations, REST services, JSON, authentication patterns, and troubleshooting integration failures across distributed systems.
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals, with hands-on experience in web proxy and load-balancing technologies.
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, GPT, Gemini, or Grok.

- Understanding of security, privacy, data governance, change management, and operational risk controls in a regulated enterprise environment
