Role Overview:

Senior Product Manager

As a Senior Product Manager , you’ll play a key role in shaping and delivering the product strategy across Fresha’s global platform. Reporting directly to the Head of Product , you’ll work closely with engineering, design, data, marketing and operational teams to turn customer and business needs into impactful product experiences.

Our product organisation is structured around three core tribes: Money, Growth and Performance . You’ll be aligned to a tribe based on your experience, expertise and where you can have the greatest impact.

You’ll own product initiatives end-to-end, from discovery and research through to delivery, launch and optimisation. You’ll use customer insight, market data and commercial priorities to identify opportunities and build products that improve acquisition, engagement, retention and operational efficiency.

What You'll Do:

Product Strategy & Roadmap: Develop and execute a clear product strategy and roadmap aligned with customer needs and business objectives.

Product Discovery: Identify and prioritise opportunities across acquisition, engagement, retention and operational efficiency through customer research, market insight and data.

End-to-End Product Ownership: Lead the full product lifecycle, from discovery and ideation through to delivery, launch, iteration and optimisation.

Cross-Functional Leadership: Work closely with engineering, design, data, marketing and operations to define and deliver high-quality product solutions.

Data-Driven Decision Making: Use product data and customer insights to prioritise initiatives, measure impact and continuously improve performance.

Customer Experience: Identify opportunities to improve user journeys and build intuitive, valuable experiences for Fresha’s customers and partners.

Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships across the business and ensure alignment between product priorities and wider company objectives.

Communication: Clearly communicate product vision, priorities, progress and outcomes to senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Continuous Improvement: Challenge existing thinking, test new ideas and identify ways to improve how products are built and delivered.

What We're Looking For:

Product Management Experience: 5+ years of product management experience, ideally within a consumer-focused, marketplace or digital product environment.

End-to-End Delivery: Proven experience taking software products and features from discovery through to launch and iteration.

Strategic & Commercial Thinking: Strong ability to connect product strategy with customer needs and broader business objectives.

Customer Focus: Passion for understanding customers and building intuitive, valuable user experiences.

Data & Analytics: Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into clear product decisions.

Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence across teams and seniority levels.

Problem Solving: Creative and pragmatic approach, balancing long-term product strategy with practical delivery.

Collaboration: Comfortable working closely with engineering, design, data and commercial teams in a highly collaborative environment.

Ownership: Self-starter with a proactive, hands-on approach and the ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy.

Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-moving, evolving environment with changing priorities.
