What you will do
- Provide technical leadership for automation and integration activities across Federal Oracle Health implementations and special projects.
- Design, develop, and support scalable automation approaches that improve testing efficiency, consistency, and solution quality.
- Lead testing strategy and execution for site deployments, integrated workflows, and special projects.
- Serve as a senior technical advisor to Oracle Health project teams, Federal clients, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Provide oversight and risk mitigation for automation, integration, and testing activities.
What they are looking for
- 3–5+ years of relevant professional experience , including at least 3 years of consulting experience .
- Experience with system integration, test automation, software testing, solution architecture, implementation, or deployment within complex technology environments.
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical activities across integrated enterprise solutions.
- Experience developing or supporting automated testing strategies, tools, frameworks, or processes.
- Strong understanding of integration testing, requirements validation, defect management, risk management, and change control.
- Ability to understand complex system interactions and identify cross-functional and cross-solution impacts.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across technical, functional, clinical, and client teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- U.S. citizenship is required due to Federal client contract requirements.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain the appropriate government security clearance and/or credential required for the position and client engagement .
Nice to have
- Experience with Oracle Health/Cerner Millennium solutions and integrated healthcare workflows.
- Healthcare Information Technology (HCIT) experience.
- Experience supporting large-scale EHR implementations, deployments, or modernization programs.
- Experience with test automation tools, integration technologies, interface validation, and end-to-end workflow testing.
- Experience supporting Federal healthcare customers or other complex government technology programs.
- Demonstrated ability to serve as a technical lead or subject matter expert across multiple concurrent engagements.
- Experience developing reusable automation frameworks, standards, testing assets, or technical playbooks.
