What you will do
- Own monthly, quarterly, and annual close and deliver accurate, timely, and decision-useful financials
- Ensure full compliance with Ind AS and statutory requirements
- Design and govern accounting frameworks for a scaled retail network (FOFO, COCO, warehouse, inventory, store profitability)
- Build and institutionalize a robust IFC framework and drive control discipline across stores, warehouses, and HO
- Lead statutory, internal, and tax audits, and manage auditor and advisor relationships
