Operations Manager, Employer Support

As the manager of our Employer Support team, you'll lead a high-performing group of leads and specialists who work directly with C-level executives, HR admins, and brokers, both proactively and on their most complex issues. You'll set the standard for stakeholder support at Thatch, building a customer-first culture with high accountability and a scale mentality.
