What you will do
- Support and drive complex opportunities as Lead Solution Engineer and being supported by domain experts depending on your in-depth knowledge.
- Use Life Sciences expertise to recommend relevant, innovative solutions that help customers achieve their desired outcomes.
- Ensure customers’ key business requirements and motivations are fully understood and addressed.
- Present, and articulate the value of Oracle Saas SCM/ERPM/HCM/CX solutions to a range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Represent Oracle as a trusted advisor by sharing current and emerging product capabilities through workshops, customer engagements, and Life Sciences events.
Nice to have
- A minimum of 10 years’ experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, or a comparable role.
- Experience supporting enterprise back-office transformation programmes ideally within Life Sciences customers.
- Advanced, hands-on expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM Cloud and/or Oracle Fusion ERPM Finance, or comparable SCM/Finance cloud solutions from another enterprise technology provider.
- Ability to lead a multi-pillar solution (ERP & EPM & SCM, or ERP & EPM & HCM or ERP & EPM & SCM & CX).
- Hands-on experience with AI capabilities in Oracle Fusion Applications, or comparable embedded AI capabilities in other enterprise SaaS platforms.
- Experience designing enterprise architectures using Oracle Fusion Applications or comparable enterprise cloud application platforms.
- Experience integrating Oracle Fusion Finance Applications, or comparable enterprise applications, with Life Sciences solutions.
- Knowledge of sales methodologies and the associated processes and disciplines.
