You will be reporting to Senior Software Engineering Manager. You will take ownership of designing, building, and optimizing critical backend systems that power our platform at scale. You will work with cross-functional teams to architect solutions and across our backend infrastructure. This is an opportunity to improve systems that serve millions of users while advancing your career in a dynamic, forward-thinking organization.This role is onsite based in our Petaling Jaya, Malaysia office.The Critical Tasks You Will PerformYou will work with Product/Design/Analytics teams to understand problems, requirements, provide feedback, options, trade offs, and timelines.You will collaborate with Android/IOS/Backend/QA/ML Engineers to brainstorm and implement technical solutions that are scalable and addressing the actual problems.You will write code that is reusable, scalable and testable. Make sure features are delivered on time and with high quality.You will review code and engineering specs, provide constructive feedback and aim to raise the engineering bar.You will be responsible and responsive during on-call duty. Triage, debug, mitigate and fix complex issues.
