We look forward to you using a professional DFM perspective and the power of cross-team collaboration to transform innovative structural solutions into stable, efficient, and economical manufacturing reality.Core Responsibilities: How will you create value?DFM Design Review and Early-Stage EnablementEngage in the full process of new product structural design, from sheet metal, injection molding, machining, die casting, stamping to full-product assembly and after-sales dimensions, output systematic DFM optimization solutions, and avoid process risks from the source.Propose innovative suggestions such as structural simplification, process substitution, and module standardization for existing product iterations, effectively reducing processing complexity and material costs.Issue professional DFM review reports and drive closed-loop rectification on the design side, ensuring the structural solution achieves the best balance between cost and mass production feasibility.Mass Production Introduction and Process ImplementationLead the process route formulation and assembly solution design for structural parts during the NPI stage, covering full-node advancement from prototype verification and small-batch trial production to formal mass production.Quickly respond to and resolve structural and process issues in trial production/mass production, deeply analyze root causes and drive effective countermeasures, ensure production yield and delivery pace, and support the smooth delivery of batch projects of 200 units and above.Compile and optimize technical documents such as work instructions (SOP) and inspection specifications, empower standardized assembly operations on the production line, and improve operational consistency and efficiency.Mold and Tooling/Fixture Technical ManagementParticipate in the design review, manufacturing follow-up, and acceptance of injection molding/sheet metal/stamping molds, collaborate with suppliers to optimize mold solutions, and coordinate mold life, precision, and development costs.Promote mold generalization and modularization strategies, achieve mold reuse for products on the same platform, and significantly compress mold investment and development cycles.Propose requirements for assembly tooling, jigs, and fixtures, participate in solution review and acceptance verification, and improve production line assembly quality and efficiency.Cost Reduction, Efficiency Improvement, and Standardization System BuildingLead special projects for structural part cost optimization, drive cost reduction measures from dimensions such as material selection, process path, and structural integration, and achieve per-unit manufacturing cost targets.Establish and promote standardized/generalized design of parts, build an enterprise-level standard parts library and common modules, reduce non-standard categories, and improve efficiency across the entire procurement and production chain. Accumulate DFM design specifications, process standards, and a library of typical failure cases, form reusable design-to-mass-production guidelines, and improve the team's overall implementation capability.Cross-Department Collaboration and Closed-Loop Issue ManagementClosely coordinate with structural design, software development, production manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams, synchronize process requirements and mass production risks, and efficiently resolve structural abnormalities on the production site.Participate in supplier process capability assessment, drive supplier manufacturing process optimization, and ensure incoming material quality and delivery stability of purchased parts.Establish a tracking and closed-loop mechanism for structural quality issues in the mass production stage, and drive continuous iterative optimization of design and processes.
