What you will do
- Consult with clients on technical architecture decisions, and guide clients through interdependencies and decision impacts.
- Provide solution oversight and expertise to stakeholders.
- Develop and lead deployment strategies for our solutions and provide clients with deployment recommendations.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration with internal stakeholders to identify and propose enhancements to our solutions.
- Perform complex technical troubleshooting and issue resolution and escalate as appropriate.
What they are looking for
- At least 6 years total combined higher education and related work experience including:
- At least 1 year system administration and/or system engineering work experience
- At least 5 years higher education and/or additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related field; or equivalent relevant work experience
- Due to the client contract that this position will be aligned to, this position requires you to be a U.S. citizen .
Nice to have
- Experience with Linux or other Unix based Operating Systems
- Experience with database systems – preferably Oracle and/or MySQL
- Experience with technical troubleshooting
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Experience leading and/or facilitating large meetings/engagements.
