- 3+ years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
- Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Experience using ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Fluent English required.
- Ability to work effectively across cultures and time zones.
Nice to have
- Experience recruiting for technology, engineering, manufacturing, semiconductor, photonics, or research-driven environments is highly preferred.
