As an intern, you're involved in work that's beyond the mundane – you're tackling real projects alongside talented teams. We believe in learning by doing, and our interns experience just that. My journey started as an intern, diving into the nuanced world of UX writing. It's not just about crafting error messages, but more about shaping a narrative that enhances the user experience. Thanks to the trust and support of my amazing manager and brilliant mentors, I have the opportunity to make an impact on my community with Grab — full-time! I start each day excited to continue learning and growing, alongside the remarkable people here at Grab! “ ” The learning curve has been steep and gratifying. Transitioning from intern to full-time has proven challenging, but my team has been helpful with their continued guidance in my initial days. We, at Grab not only dedicate ourselves to innovation at work but also to building culture. Weekly board games, bi-annual team retreats and a quick chat over lunch have been central to my experience here. The culture encourages you to be great at your work and to be the best version of yourself outside it. “ ” Play video My internship experience at Grab was truly captivating. I had interned at other organisations before Grab. However, interning at Grab revealed that I wished to experience exciting, meaningful work and a warm and friendly culture. During my internship, I discovered my liking for backend engineering. After interning for 3 months, I returned to school and applied for a full-time role with the same team. Today, I’ve been with Grab for almost 2 years, and I am still grateful for accepting the internship offer letter, 3 years ago. “ ” The Application Process What can you expect when you apply for a role at Grab?
