What you will do
- Ensure compliance with Factory, Environment, Fire, PESO, and other applicable EHS regulations.
- Manage legal registers, licenses, permits, renewals, and statutory submissions.
- Conduct HIRA, JSA, Risk Assessments, HAZOP, MOC, and chemical safety reviews.
- Implement PTW, LOTO, hot work, confined space, work-at-height, and contractor safety systems.
- Conduct safety inspections, audits, incident investigations, and CAPA tracking.
What they are looking for
- B.E./B.Tech in Chemical, Environmental, Industrial Safety, or related discipline.
- 3-7 years of EHS experience in chemical, agrochemical, pesticide, pharmaceutical, or hazardous process industries.
Nice to have
- Diploma/PG Diploma in Industrial Safety preferred.

Key Responsibilities: - Ensure compliance with Factory, Environment, Fire, PESO, and other applicable EHS regulations. - Manage legal registers, licenses, permits, renewals, and statutory submissions. - Conduct HIRA, JSA, Risk Assessments, HAZOP, MOC, and chemical safety reviews. - Implement PTW, LOTO, hot work, confined space, work-at-height, and contractor safety systems. - Conduct safety inspections, audits, incident investigations, and CAPA tracking. - Ensure emergency preparedness, firefighting systems, and mock drills. - Monitor occupational health programs, PPE compliance, and industrial hygiene. - Support environmental compliance, hazardous waste management, and GPCB requirements. - Deliver EHS training, toolbox talks, and safety awareness programs. - Prepare EHS MIS, dashboards, KPI tracking, and audit documentation. Qualification & Experience: - B.E./B.Tech in Chemical, Environmental, Industrial Safety, or related discipline. - Diploma/PG Diploma in Industrial Safety preferred. - 3-7 years of EHS experience in chemical, agrochemical, pesticide, pharmaceutical, or hazardous process industries.
