People who thrive at Toddle enjoy building thoughtful systems, care about real-world impact, and are motivated by long-term change in K-12 education.Here’s what you’ll be doingWe are looking for a diligent, driven, passionate person for our efforts on engagement and retention of our schools in a high-growth environment.The School Success Manager will work with a set of 50-60 schools to deliver the following:Onboard: Coordinate the setting up of accounts of new schoolsTrain: Work closely with the schools to ensure they are trained in ToddleEngage: Proactively look at schools to ensure that they get the most out of ToddleThe School Success Manager will work directly with the School Success Lead and will be supported by designers, developers, content writers, and data analysts.
