About the Role Novig is growing fast, and our People function needs a strong operational foundation to grow with it. This role owns the core of People Operations: payroll, benefits, HRIS, compliance, and the everyday questions and processes that keep us running. From day one, you'll own payroll and benefits administration, partner closely with Finance and Legal, and run Rippling as the backbone of our People systems.
