What you will do
- Build Hub's social media strategy, branding and tone of voice in line with the company's positioning and objectives.
- Create a social media calendar across all platforms, with always-on content and campaigns.
- Make short videos, visuals and subtitles, from the idea to the post.
- Answer comments and DMs, post clear updates on payouts, new tasks and rules, and shut down scams and false rumours.
- Send a weekly report on followers, engagement, signups from social and community sentiment.
What they are looking for
- 3+ years running social media and community for a consumer app, marketplace or creator brand.
- A portfolio with numbers you can point to.
- You know how to develop branding, tone of voice and a content strategy in line with a company's positioning and objectives.
- Fluent English, spoken and written.
- You shoot, edit and design at a daily pace.
- At home in social media culture: TikTok trends, memes, creators and community groups.
- Calm and clear under pressure. Negative comments, crises and scams don't scare you.
- AI native. GenAI for video, images, subtitles and translation; agents to monitor comments and build your reports.
- Big sense of ownership. The channels are yours: content, replies, results.
- Passionate about technology. You follow AI and robotics because you love it, not because the job asks.
Nice to have
- Experience in Brazil is a big plus.

Accelerating Embodied AGI Robot foundation models learn physical behavior from human demonstration, and real-world data has become a critical bottleneck in embodied intelligence.
Hub provides real-world training data to frontier AI labs and robotics companies. Our network of 150,000+ contributors in 150 countries records first-person footage of real work, at home and at work, and gets paid for every approved hour. Hub's mission is to advance embodied AGI through real-world data and research. The Role As Community & Social Media Manager you are Hub's voice where our contributors live: Instagram, TikTok and WhatsApp.
You make the content, run the channels and keep the community informed and excited, in Portuguese and English. Strategy first: understand Hub's positioning and objectives, then build our social media strategy, branding and tone of voice. Calendar: a social media calendar across all platforms, always-on content plus campaigns, in line with the company's objectives. Content, every day: short videos (Reels, TikToks), visuals and subtitles, from the idea to the post.
Channels: Instagram, TikTok Brazil and US, plus Hub news repurposed for X and LinkedIn. Community: our WhatsApp, Discord and Telegram channels in Portuguese, English and Spanish. You answer comments and DMs fast, post clear updates on payouts, new tasks and rules, and shut down scams and false rumours. Creators and UGC: find, brief and manage creators, run lives with them, and turn every live into a week of content.
Campaigns: app launches in new countries, giveaways with clear public rules, community challenges, with our community and support lead. Numbers: a weekly report on followers, engagement, signups from social and community sentiment. Example Missions We open the Hub app in the US next week. Build the launch content plan for TikTok and Instagram, make the first 10 videos and get them live. A rumour that payouts are blocked is spreading in the comments and WhatsApp groups.
Get the facts from the team, post a clear update within the hour and answer the comments. We go live with big Brazilian creators on Thursday. Write the brief and the run of show, then cut the live into clips for the whole week. Our Instagram profile and highlights confuse new visitors. Rebuild them so anyone understands Hub, and how to start earning, in 10 seconds. Your Profile 3+ years running social media and community for a consumer app, marketplace or creator brand.
