What you will do
- Manage outreach across our brand and retailer target list, including CRM management and maintenance.

- Design and run experiments across channels, messaging, offers and sequences, and scale what performs.

AI agents are increasingly shopping on behalf of consumers. To do so, they need accurate, structured product data — but most product information on the web is fragmented and incomplete. Channel3 solves this problem by building a database of every product on the internet. Our data powers AI shopping applications across media companies, banks, fintechs, and AI platforms.
We’ve partnered directly with brands you know and love, like Walmart, Home Depot, SSENSE, Net-A-Porter, Shopbop, Best Buy and 5,000+ others.
The opportunity
The value of our catalog depends on the brands and retailers within it. Our customers are clear about which partners they need, and brands are increasingly focused on how they appear in AI-driven shopping. We have established the foundations of a partnerships motion, and are looking for someone to own and scale it.
You will take an early-stage program, run it at volume and make it repeatable, serving as Channel3's primary point of ownership for brand and retailer partnerships.
This is a target-driven role. Your objective is to bring priority brands and retailers live in our catalog and to maintain those relationships over time.
What you'll do
Partner acquisition
- Manage outreach across our brand and retailer target list, including CRM management and maintenance.
- Execute high-volume, personalized outreach with consistent and disciplined follow-up.
Onboarding and partner management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for brands and retailers, managing inquiries by email, Slack, and on calls.
- Lead partners through onboarding, including direct product feed setup, and manage relationships after launch.
- Develop demo videos, guides and FAQs that enable self-serve onboarding.
- Share partner feedback with the team to inform positioning and product development.
Go-to-market experimentation
- Design and run experiments across channels, messaging, offers and sequences, and scale what performs.
- Develop new approaches to reach high-priority partners outside established channels.
Who you are

Benefits & Compensation
- Base salary is $70,000 – $90,000 USD, plus a performance bonus for every 250 brands and retailers brought live in the catalog. Bonus details will be shared during the hiring process.
- This role is remote. Unfortunately, we are not able to sponsor visas at this time. You must have authorization to work in the US.
- Unlimited PTO.
