What you will do
- Work with our clients on their Insurance transformation journey and support project managers, product owners and sponsors primarily within Core Platform transformations and business change projects in the financial service industry
- Give advice and an independent perspective to the project management and sponsorship of Insurance transformations
- Help our clients with your business understanding and transformational experience to deliver transformations in scope, time and budget and to adhere to regulatory and compliance requirements for financial institutions
- Develop your skills in driving, delivering and assessing global transformation and change projects within PwC’s Core Platform and Project/Program Management services within FS Technology Consulting in Zurich
- Work closely with our clients and PwC interdisciplinary teams both in Switzerland and abroad to transform and shape the insurance industry of the future
What they are looking for
- Fluency in German and English is a must.
- You have between 1 and 5 years of work experience, a background as transformation manager, business analyst, ideally with an insurance and/or IT background, and you are already been exposed to core platform and change implementations.
- You can demonstrate a track record of working in complex programs from initial assessment through the design & build of core platform transformations, including planning as well as execution and calibration.
- You like challenge and work independently with a pragmatic and hands-on approach.
- You possess very strong analytical skills and can operate in a well-structured manner.
- You bring strong communication skills and are able to converse in English and German at business level.
- You have a convincing and persistent personality coupled with sound people skills.
- You are capable to work in an agile and international environment combined with a mix of local and international engagements.

- You will work with our clients on their Insurance transformation journey and support project managers, product owners and sponsors primarily within Core Platform transformations and business change projects in the financial service industry,

- You will develop your skills in driving, delivering and assessing global transformation and change projects within PwC’s Core Platform and Project/Program Management services within FS Technology Consulting in Zurich.
- You will cover work in the area of transformations including project delivery, target operating model design, digitization and optimization of core insurance processes, reviews and assessments of all major phases of a transformation, key stakeholder and benefits realization management as well as the review and advise of the design and implementation of core insurance platforms.
- You will work closely with our clients and PwC interdisciplinary teams both in Switzerland and abroad to transform and shape the insurance industry of the future.
