Job Description
8+ years experience as a Business Analyst within the banking domain.
Perform as-is, to-be analysis, and gap analysis.
Experience in building and delivering applications.
Define the data mapping for UIs and APIs involved by collaborating closely with Solution Designers and CX Designers.
Identify and capture application-specific technical requirements to plug into existing systems, process flows, and reporting modules.
Demonstrate strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
Ability to clearly document both functional and technical requirements.
Ability to bring a bird's-eye view of high-level requirements while maintaining the capacity to deep dive into granular details when required.
Past experience working with major Tier-1 Australian banks or equivalent financial institutions is mandatory.
