About The Role

Your public health expertise is needed where it matters most right now: training the AI systems that millions of people will rely on for health information. At Alignerr, we partner with the world's leading AI research labs to build smarter, safer, and more accurate AI models — and we need credentialed public health professionals to make it happen.

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role where your knowledge of epidemiology, health policy, and biostatistics directly shapes how AI understands and communicates population health. No AI experience required — just deep domain expertise and strong analytical writing skills.

What You'll Do

Design Complex Public Health Scenarios — Build advanced case studies involving disease outbreak simulations, health equity assessments, and statistical interpretation of clinical trial data

Author Ground-Truth Solutions — Write rigorous, evidence-based responses that synthesize peer-reviewed research, epidemiological data, and current guidelines from bodies like the CDC and WHO

Audit AI Health Reasoning — Evaluate AI-generated health advice and policy recommendations for accuracy, bias, logical consistency, and adherence to ethical standards

Improve AI Reasoning Quality — Provide structured feedback that helps models distinguish correlation from causation, communicate risk accurately, and serve diverse populations equitably

Who You Are

Holds a Master of Public Health (MPH), Master of Science in Public Health (MSPH), or closely related graduate degree

Strong foundational knowledge in at least two of: Epidemiology, Biostatistics, Environmental Health, or Health Policy

Skilled at translating complex health data into clear, actionable, and culturally sensitive written content

Self-directed and comfortable working asynchronously on your own schedule

No prior AI experience required
