We have frequent opportunities for full stack, front-end and back-end engineers. In addition, we hire for a variety of specialized roles focused on data science, data engineering, networking, security, DevOps, etc. Several of our teams are also focused on building high-performance mobile applications with needs for strong iOS and Androidengineers. Our high-level titles listed below align with our Engineering Track program which was designed to help our engineers clearly see a path for growth and advancement at College Board .
As an engineer advances, their scope and impact will increase. We look at your background holistically todetermine which role would be best for you and our team.
Engineer I/II : a new engineer with potential and ~0-2 years of experience
Engineer III/IV : a solid contributor with ~3-5 years of experience
Senior Engineer : a strong independent contributor with ~5+ years of experience
Lead Engineer : a very strong technical leader with ~7+ years of experience
Senior Lead Engineer : an exceptional technical leader with unique talent and ~10+ years of experience
Principal Engineer : a domain leader with ~12+ years of experience
